News and Woos!
Winter 2011 - Despite the rising and falling temps and snow levels, two Abenaki Malamutes earned their Working Team Dog titles this year (Eska & Icee) and two others, (PJ & Indy) earned their WWPD & IWPA-WD titles. In addition, Eska's WTD title will give her mother, Aspen, her ROMWD title!!! So, in total, 5 dogs with 7 titles in the past 3 months!!!
3/15/11 - Aspen brings one baby boy into world by C-section. The proud papa is Kokanee "Can Ch. Moonsnoe's Diamond Glacier!!
3/14/11 - Aspen in process of whelping!
3/12/11 - Corky & Ice take 1st & 2nd in the novice pull!!!!
May 2011 - Pam Renock's Koda, aka Abenaki's Piece Of Cyberspace, CGC, RN, NA earns all 4 legs towards his WWPD title and earns his Novice FAST title in agility!!!
July 10, 2011 - Maximus earns one point at the Hamlin show by going Winners Dog and Best Of Winners. Only 4 more points to go!
Oct. 2, 2011 - Maximus gets a 3 point major in the muck & mire at the Wine Country Circuit by going Winners Dog and Best Of Winners!
Oct. 16, 2011 - Maximus finishes his championship in style going Winners Dog and Best Of Winners again but at a Supported Entry at the Ramapo Kennel Club show! The judge said he even considered him for Best Of Breed!! Yay!!!
Dec. 19, 2011 - Koda finishes his NAJ Agility title! Way to go Pam & Koda!!!
Jan.8, 2012 - Koda does it again, this time finishing his Beginner's Novice (BN) in Obedience!! Woo Hooooo!!!
Feb. 2012 - Boe goes to his first weight pull and places 2nd in the Novice class. No training necessary he just seemed to know what to do. :-)
April 2012 - Boe just turned 13 mos. old and went with me to Harrisburg and pulled 1,350lbs each day for 2 "legs" towards his Working Weight Pull Dog title. Not bad for a dog that only went to one novice pull. We are so proud! :-)
April 21, 2012 - "Koda" completes his title for Open Standard in agility! Way to go Koda bear and Pam!! :-)
May 30, 2012 - Eska gives birth to 5 boys and 3 girls!! So far she seems like she's gonna be a great Momma. :-)
June 23, 2012 - Deuce (Yuki x Crystal) who is owned and loved by Dave & Colleen Bellanger of MI and handled by Colleen, took Winners Dog, BOW and Best of Breed as well as a Group 4!!
June 24, 2012 - the aforementioned Deuce does it again with Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed!!! Congrats Deuce, Colleen & Dave. :-)
